A few things to know.
Do I need to be a Linen & Lavender cleaning client?
No. Home Concierge is a separate service and may be requested whether or not you currently use Linen & Lavender for residential cleaning.
How is Home Concierge priced?
Concierge requests are quoted individually based on the service requested, location, time required, and scheduling needs. We'll confirm pricing before your request is booked.
Can you pick up groceries or household orders?
Yes. You place and pay for the order directly with the retailer, and Linen & Lavender can pick up the completed prepaid order and bring it to your home when arranged in advance.
Do you shop for items or pay for purchases on my behalf?
No. Linen & Lavender does not front money or purchase items on a client's behalf. Any order being picked up must already be placed and paid for.
Can you meet a repair person or delivery at my home?
Yes, in many cases. Home Concierge can provide scheduled access for approved vendors, repair professionals, and deliveries when arranged in advance.
Can you check on my home while I'm traveling?
Yes. Away From Home Care may include scheduled home checks, bringing packages inside, light indoor plant care, trash and recycling support, and other approved household tasks.
How far in advance should I request service?
As much notice as possible is appreciated. Availability varies by location, the type of request, and the amount of time needed.
Does submitting a request guarantee my booking?
No. We'll review your request first and confirm that it falls within our services, along with availability, timing, and pricing.
What types of requests are not included?
Home Concierge does not provide childcare, elder care, medical care, skilled trade work, heavy moving, overnight house sitting, or services requiring specialized licensing or training.
