A few important service notes.
Linen & Lavender is a solo, detail-focused cleaning service. To protect your home and ensure every cleaning can be completed safely, please review the following service limitations.
- I do not move heavy furniture, appliances, or other large items.
- I do not lift or carry anything that cannot be moved safely by one person.
- I do not clean areas that cannot be safely reached with a standard household step ladder.
- I do not handle human or animal waste, blood, bodily fluids, needles, or other hazardous materials.
- I do not clean active mold, pest infestations, or areas that may present a health or safety risk.
- I do not provide hoarding cleanup, restoration work, or post-construction debris removal.
- Delicate, damaged, unstable, or irreplaceable items may be left untouched to prevent accidental damage.
- The home must have working water, electricity, and safe access on the scheduled cleaning day.
